Arize is always dedicated to finding the best ingredients for our guests. This time, our Master Chef, Nick Karvounis took a trip to Thousand-Island Lake to discover its world-renowned high-class caviar. It was an amazing culinary journey and they were greatly impressed by the spectacular location and quality of the delicacies on offer.
